From time to time on your way out of somewhere (mall, store, etc etc) just take a seat at one of the benches around the place so you can see your car. The better the perspective, the better off you are to catch something. Just sit for a few minutes, and watch what happens. You would be suprised how many people actually dont give a damn when they open their doors and they'll sling em right into the side of your car. If you catch someone doing this, you can basically have them pay for the repair of the entire door on account of their screwup. I have cought people twice and both paid the fees for the dent removal guy to cake care of them. I dont have key scratches (thank god) so thay may pose a diffferent problem, but if someone whacks the door good enough, a replacement door panel is on its way. Thing is you gotta be there to catch it. Eventually you will. : Hey guys, let me know if anyone out there has a problem with vandalism. I had my car parked down town (in Montreal)in front of a building and some punks threw beer bottles at it from a balcony. I guess the bottles came from one of the top floors 'cause they caused very deep dents and almost pierced through the hood. I also get the monthly cigarette burns to the seats and keyed doors. I guess the fact that the car is yellow doesn't help, I also tend to piss off a lot of people by the way I drive...Are we all doomed to go through this because of envy? Right now, the damage is pretty severe, dented hood, burned seats, scratched door panels and an angry insurance broker. Shit, I'm gonna go continue dreaming about the things I'd do if I ever caught the people who did this!!
